TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Containers are left on sight for a maximum of 10 days but can be picked up sooner at customers request. If you would like to extend your rental longer it is subject to availability and there is an additional per day charge. You must call 5 days prior to your scheduled pick up date to request your extension and pay for your extra time. Extensions are based on availability. Price of dumpster includes agreed upon tonnage limit and trucking services. Payment is due prior to or at delivery. Each customer must leave a credit card number on file and payment can be made with that credit card the afternoon prior to delivery. We do not accept checks. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Customer is responsible for determining if a permit is required for the dumpster as well as obtaining the permit if one is needed. Containers may not be overfilled. Maximum capacity can not exceed top rim of roll-off waste container as per NJ State DOT regulations. Any overfilling of container will result in an additional $150 charge as well as the required removal by the renter of the extra debris before container can be taken from sight. Refusal of the above stated will result in complete removal of already loaded debris and container taken from sight with no refund of monies paid.

Please be advised containers may cause damage to low lying branches on trees, grass and driveways (including cement, stone, asphalt and concrete). Walkers Container Service is not liable for any damage caused. Walkers Container Service is also not liable for any damage done to unknown underground utilities. Walkers Container Service is not responsible for any person injured while climbing on or around container.

In addition, once container is taken from sight, when disposed of, if tonnage exceeds specified limit for container, customer will be contacted and the overage charge will be charged to credit card on file immediately. Overweight fees for Burlington and Camden Counties are $88 per ton over for Types 13 and all Types 13C (bulky waste and construction demolition). Overweight fees for Mercer County are $120 per ton over for 13 and 13C. This is non negotiable and once contacted by Walkers Container Service LLC, customer cannot refuse payment. Walkers Container Service will mail copy of actual dump receipt and updated invoice upon customers request.

Walkers Container Service will not dispose of certain debris. Those items include, Mattresses, dirt, asbestos, hazardous materials, flammable liquids (i.e.: gasoline, kerosene, diesel), wet paints, any rubber tires, white goods (i.e.: ovens/ranges, refrigerators, air conditioner units, clothing washers/dryers or any objects containing freon, laptops, televisions and microwaves).

Walkers Container Service is a fully licensed and insured waste disposal service.

Walkers Container Service reserves the right to unload contents of container at renters location if the above terms and conditions are not followed.
